WAFF, Chief Rocka 2, and Retrospecs!

Well, the Maintenance  Man had a successful showing at the 2010 Winnipeg Aboriginal Film Festival, despite the blizzard. I had a chance to stand up in front of numerous people and answered questions for roughly 15 minutes.
The best thing about WAFF, for me, was having a chance to meet other filmmakers and actors from around the country. It was excellent! Shout out to --> Jordan, Justin, Sara, Sara Maire, Alec and Patrick!! (Links to some of their films below!)

Be sure to check your local listings for 'Waabama 2010" on CBC! It stars the 'Maintenance Man' himself, Wab Kinew!

I just finished cutting and uploading the Chief Rocka 2 battle videos the other night, only to find out that 2 of the 3 videos are not playing properly on 'youtube'! It takes all night to upload 2-3, 10 minute videos....unless I am doing something wrong and there is a fast way???? (I have high speed 'net). Anyway, another sleepless night.....maybe.

The next video on the list was 'Retrospecs' November show at the Pyramid! Be sure to give them a listen! They put on an excellent show! Even everything on the technical side seemed to work out!

Myself and Chaz, Writer/Director of JINX, meet with our editor on Monday to look at a cut of the film. I'm looking forward to it!
