Producing a Short Film

I am working frivolously as a Producer for my friends first ever short film. So far, I have found Producing to be quite the challenge but I have also found it fun. I can see how some people get really into it.
I think I will try to produce 1 or 2 other short films in the future after we are finished this one.
Right now we are raising money for the budget and we are also gathering up crew members, which we have actually filled most of our crew!
The big challenge for me is trying to get the word out there.
So, if anyone reading this now, enjoys horror flicks, help get the word out about this one!
